Just thinking out loud........
What if it could be had for $180K and then just add 1000 miles a year, So by 2028 it would have 34,000 miles or 3400 miles/year and more on par with "average miles".....
Thoughts??

As someone who's actively in the hunt for a 991.2 GT3T, I would have no issue pending a clean ppi/DME.

Are you worried about the mileage for resale or maintenance reliability.

If its resale this probably is not the best car to get, and I would look for a 10k or lower car to put you at under 15k in 2028. Also possibly a ~12k mile car and aim for 20k in 3 years.

So many of these cars have low mileage you don't want to be outlier with high mileage for resale value.

I would probably keep it long term, and since I have several other cars, it would only be driven sparingly.
Now the more I think about it, It may be actually the right car for me, if I were to buy it right.......

If the price reflected the mileage and the car was well maintained - had all the services done, oil changes, the car is clean, good paint, no weird smells and had a good thorough PPI…sure.

29k miles is not necessarily a lot of miles on a well maintained car, mechanically speaking. I think it’s more an issue for paint and interior wear and tear.

If its a keeper that's and you can get it for that price it's a good deal.

The only question is what will happen with the macro economy and its impact on car prices. That is another "argument", but it's one that has me on the sidelines for now. I just passed on a MSRP 2022 992 GT3T from my dealer.

The fact that he called me and I'm way way way down on the list says a lot about the market.

An “L” for the “Sky is falling crowd.”

With fee, just over MSRP for a 15k mile, heavily tracked PDK .2.

Fun to read as the comments are all over the place. For me, I do want another RS but am sitting on the sidelines watching this market drop. I don't "have" to get one, I would like to. So for me there is nothing pushing me too hard and I am patient. I have other toys, the market is dropping and my money is working too well for me to dive into a dropping, depreciating asset at the moment. I will get one but I think a lot of what we are seeing right now are similar situations. I am doing the same with a boat purchase. The ones I want have non stop continual price drops with occasional sales. Just wait!

At first it appears like an amazing car but once you look at all the pictures, the spec is really strange. There is no deviated stitching yet the seats have those blue lines but there is nothing else in the interior that go with the blue lines. The seat belts are gray but they are a different shade of gray than the seat centers. I am puzzled as to why whoever configured this car configured it as such. If their intention was to have an understated interior, why choose mexico blue? Thats such an eye opening color. You get mexico blue, why not get an interior that works better with it? If you did want an understated interior, then why not do it properly and ditch the blue lines on the seat faces and the out of place seat belt?

My experience: I bought a 20k mile car, CPO, back in December that was a 1-owner car with full service history and clean DME. The original owner used it as a second car (I tracked the owner down and talked to him about it). Being an early 2018 build, that worked out to around 4-5K miles per year. Maybe that's a lot for a GT car, but it isn't much in the grand scheme of things. I will probably put 6-7K miles per year on it. The car is flawless on the inside (even the bolsters show virtually zero wear). A clear bra was put on only after it had been driven some, so yes it has some rock chips that were touched up and there is the typical road rash on the fender in front of the rear wheels. It was the cheapest GT3T in the country at the time that was being offered by a Porsche dealer with a CPO warranty. Fairly priced for the mileage + condition. I am 100% over the moon in love with the car and don't regret buying this "used" example one bit. I don't worry about putting miles on it and feel relieved that I am not trying to preserve a pristine garage queen. I replaced the clear bra (was looking tired) and the plastic trim pieces (front splitter, side skirts, front air blades), coated the wheels. From three feet away the car looks perfect. Five years ago that would not near be "good enough" for me but as I get older I have come to enjoy driving the cars and find more peace from not stressing over perfection. A person looking for a time capsule that gets enjoyment from knowing they have a perfect car in the garage will make a different choice. Nothing wrong with either decision as long as it is aligned with your own goals for the car.

yeah this makes no sense.

also the $225k bid HAS to be a friend of the owner pumping up the baseline with 6 days left. I think every listing on BAT does it.
