My local Porsche dealer just listed a 6spd GT3 for $215k - white, sofas, steel brakes, $161k msrp according to vinanalytics. $215k seems optimistic IMO but I wonder if dealers are really buying these as low as the $150k mark.

It's either the best time in history to be a dealer, since ask/sale prices haven't moved anywhere near that much, or these wholesale figures aren't particularly, let's say, representative.
Don't know a single GT3 owner who would transact at these wholesale prices, why on earth would you

Also curious about this. At least for winged manual cars, 10-12k below MSRP sounds very cheap.

Agreed, the silence from the seller and the obvious gleaming new lower arm strongly suggests some incident that bent something on the rear multi link. It’s all speculation but sufficient enough that it kept the price lower. These are not cheap cars and a good deal can become less so with undisclosed needs, such as if you find out the carbon rotors need replaced. However that aside I liked that car and at that price would make a great drivers car that you could take to the track.

.2 3RS Weissach - Would a fair price be $6-8K over MSRP with 5,000 miles? I keep seeing them at $30-40K over MSRP on the listings, but of the 4 that sold on BAT this year they were $10-13K over MSRP in February on the two with 3,000 and 5,000 miles. I'm not seeing any sold listing that justify anywhere close to $30-40K over that they are asking.
