I see a $50k drop in those prices, basic math. The $295k car was also very similar to $340k car, some argued it was even better spec.
Please list the prices of past sales a year ago, that will show even a more drastic drop.
You're referring to some of the very first 992 and 992 T's to be auctioned/listed? First flipper 992 RS's will go for astronomical as well, when supply grows and the market calms that's a sign of supply-demand normalization, not value collapse. Flippers don't set the market long-term, of course.
All I know is that several dealers keep on calling/texting every day to see if I want to proceed with their GT3...... I maybe naive, but it doesn't really seem like a seller's market......

I’ve been offered 30 over for a 992 RS…..it’s a pass for me. The msrp is so astronomical already and add on leather and ceramics and another 30k and ur in Ferrari money…
I got the last gt3rs….it was amazing but not 300k amazing and I don’t really like the new one any more than the last…

30k over is a pretty remarkable offer, but agreed, even with relatively "low" adm not a clear buy. No longer think the RS is underpriced @ 241k starting. (Whereas I thought the 991.2's were underpriced, undervalued at MSRP, 991.2 RS @ 187k, base @ 146k.) Not difficult to get into 296 money with options and any adm on the 992 RS. Not sure what I'd pay over my .2 RS to get one, not nearly enough.
We'll see if the combination of Porsche increases, dealership greed, and uncertain economics will establish clear upper bounds of the 4.0 market. Would be a good thing for driving enthusiasts, send the flippers elsewhere.
Think the performance characteristics of the new RS could also contribute to MSRP inflation & adm fatigue. How many novices think 300k+ is worth it to comfortably approach 991.1 limit pace? Or, if no track, a more subdued, muffled version of the 4.0 on the street? We'll see
$319K Ouch...To be fair this car did have a Higher MSRP ($243K) . Wonder what Chicago Motors would sell the car for?
I will be a buyer at 10 k below sticker which I think where the market is heading and the car is out of warranty and probably need couple of thousands in maintenance to pass cpo
I believe it's on consignment or was. It was in a collection in California. They held off shipping it to Chicago for a while then ultimately decided to transport it.
It's always the consignment cars that ask crazy money. I guess everyone wants to make money both Dealer and Owner. There is a Chalk/WP/Gold Wheels asking $315K still out there, again low, low miles, it was basically never driven.

I would buy an 992 RS for 30 over if I can spec it. Florida is still the land of crazy ADMs.
