Yeah I bough it =). Saw the car posted and immediately secured the car within the hour. Amazing spec and all the extras made this car a no brainer =)

160 seems very optimistic right now with no miles on the car. Only strike against that car is red spec interior.

This looks like a great car for sale. $242K spec'd car with low miles for below $160K.

I have to disagree about the red spec interior being a strike against it. I think it looks spectacular.

Decided to list my .1 for sale after a short period of time owning it (2 months) and less then 500 miles driven.

PPI recently completed / PCCB / FAL / LWB w eddies bolster covers / PDLS
ppf/ recent ceramic inc wheels and glass ( 2 weeks old)

reason for sale is simple - I purchased the car to enjoy with my son (7), not to mention being a personal goal and have decided to go another way.

I had 160 in mind as well. After some back and forth with the salesman he said make me an offer. When I made my offer of 160 the salesman he sent me the usual "well our price is xxx" where he pretty much quoted the list price all over again. Guess they don't want to negotiate a good deal!

Also since a manual you will want to see the DME report to make sure no overrevs / still in break in period and is that why the second owner unloaded it quickly? (sometimes that second owner is a dealer as well...and not an actual "owner")...thats my 2 cents. Fair offer for me would be 165-166 and not move too far off of that if its spec is to your liking....
Good point about the 2nd owner. I'll look into that and the over rev report. I offered 160 and they came back to me with the list price again. They didn't want to work out a deal with me.

I had to call 4 times and send 3 emails to get a response from that dealer to discuss the 2019 GT3 touring they have. "Call for Price". Its MSRP is 156K and they wanted 175. Said I'd offer 165 (figured 9K over a good starting point and yes I can feel the eyerolls guys but bring them) and they came back with "well we just sold one similar spec 2 weeks ago for $179" and no negotiation at all, "the price is our price". They had just gotten the thing so I was an early caller....they wouldn't budge. At least you got someone to talk to! Told him I was going to then just buy the other one that is close to my spec at a different dealer and he chuckled...and I was able to negotiate relatively easily with another dealer what I feel is a more than fair price and deposit down that day...Arrives to my driveway Thursday...their loss, but honestly my gain because I got full leather, PCCBs, color I wanted, 740 miles and front end lift for a couple thousand above the asking price of this otherwise stripper touring (part of the allure honestly, but it should be MUCH less $$$)...

I guess with buying and selling cars the buyer just has to know what they want and be ready to pull the trigger right then and there, but likewise the seller has to want to sell more than the buyer wants to buy one would presume...and this dealer is holding out. I thing come november/december if these cars still sitting there (doubtful) they will sell much leaner...

For people making offers, you should check to make sure the dealership you're working with isn't a Sonic or Autonation brand dealer as they are no-haggle one price only dealers, they won't even budge a dollar, same thing as going to Carmax.

I agree! I even told them that my cousin picked up a white 19 RS loaded with msrp of 240 with 500 miles for 190 and my 18 performante with 450 miles with msrp 320 for 270 but didn't matter to them. Oh well guess we should keep looking for better deals.

Well if they don't sell the car in a couple week then either go back to them or make sure they have your info and wait for them to contact you. Might be a very different story if you were there negotiating in person, but then again maybe not! Hunt for these is clearly a national level thing...good luck!
