Same. Don't know where the 50k and under adm charitable dealers are, but they never seem to be named. Any dealer would have thousands of buyers in FL alone at 50k over.
I am sitting quietly on the sidelines enjoying my 991.2 RS. Sure I could cut a deal on my RS and get a spot for a new RS. Maybe even get a 992 RS at MSRP but that’s only part of the story.
I know other people with desirable GT’s that have been contacted about interest in the new RS’s, some at MSRP. From my vantage ADM seems to be replaced with low trade, expensive watches, protective coatings and other insurance plans that I have never purchased. I am sure there are others such as VIP’s that buy enough cars to avoid the low trade and fluff but they buy so many cars that the dealer gets their money by volume.
My point is that getting a car at MSRP is definitely possible but might not tell the full story.

You’ve heard of nobody paying $100k over, but three offered MSRP? I don’t believe it.
Ok welp I am a liar then and I didnt say offered - I said paid
Doesnt impact me one way or the other - if one of the dealers Ive bought from wants to sell me at up to 30k over msrp ill buy and add to the garage, if not then i will also sleep fine.
Ill do one even further - the three 991.2 RS that I have looked at seriously the original (or prior) owner paid MSRP for them in the first place as well
and I’ll further
paid Msrp for a Batman and a Pepsi gmt in last 24 months
Paid under msrp for a gt4 in late 2020 new off the lot
it’s cool to pay over especially if you don’t enjoy the hunt / have 100mil in the bank / just have to have that one thing
bunch of folks more flexible
point being this forum tends to skew - all these 991 cars are going to be worth 100k or all these cars gonna be worth 2x Msrp in three years because how awesome they are
don’t buy in / figure out what makes you happy and go for it
continuing along anyone seen a chalk 991.2 come for sale?
the one in SF and the one in Florida both Canada cars - want US
the Hendricks one sold within a day and when I called was gone
Interesting. I listed mine for $20k below the top one with same mileage and its been fairly quiet. I get the lizard tax over the desired white (other colors), but demand has definitely slowed down. Champion also has a white one that I saw this weekend. They are asking $240k with 20k miles. I assume someone got low 200s on trade…

that dealer is next to my house they usually price to the moon - affluent neighborhood
Cars are selling - just a bit more muted pace
my FD would have sold in a day last year now much slower level of interest
It's always the consignment cars that ask crazy money. I guess everyone wants to make money both Dealer and Owner. There is a Chalk/WP/Gold Wheels asking $315K still out there, again low, low miles, it was basically never driven.
