Check out Merit Partners they seem to get top $$$ on all the tourings they sell - mid 240’s-250’s both recent ones in the SOLD section

Good luck

Why are you trying to get the price of what the seller would get in this transaction? The buyer paid 240k... that's the market price for this touring... period.
That's like asking what the trade in value of tourings are so, "that's what sellers should get.. and not a penny more."

And, no, it wouldn't list or be sold for 204k anywhere, lol.

$240k was a good price for that car, IMO. Low miles, CXX and PCCBs, PTS. Only thing missing (for me) were the LWBs. It should not sell for cheaper in an open market.

Maybe knock off $10-17k for a non-PTS car. Just a guess.

Okay, maybe not Deal of the Year, but substantially below sticker, one owner bought back by the selling dealer, who's offering 2yr CPO from date my buddy takes delivery. Nice color, 6spd. Overall great value, IMHO.

PCA Mart, you need to be a member to contact the seller but PCA offers a test drive membership.

MSRP was $183 CAD, right? That’s about $133k USD at todays exchange rates.

Selling at $146k USD (not counting fees) is $200k CAD. That’s well sold by the Canadian dealer,

US MSRP would have been in the low $150k.

So, with fees and import, around US MSRP for a higher mileage car and a CA car which is typically worth less in the US.
.
Unless I’m missing something here.

I never understand why people put bids on a car 3,4,5,6 days before the auction ends.
