Looks pretty.. should be interesting to see where the price ends up... It's already probably too rich for some of these doomsayers.

What I really want to know is, where can I get a video of my car like that?

No Chrono, Sofas, but PCCB ... strange spec for me.

Definitely an interesting music choice, it's like a midwestern vibe with a modern sports car. I feel like there should be some sort of cattle in there somewhere?

Canada car or not, less than $150k for a 991.2 in todays market is solid. I would say solid even if it sold under 160. Congrats to your friend.

At risk of beating a dead horse here, auction plus import fees puts it at about $155k. Would agree - solid. But about market considering spec, mileage and being CAD. Which would seem to be why it sold for $146k at the hammer on C&B.

Agreed. Actually, its a Canadian spec and still in Canada. So, I would take that price with a big grain of salt.

That soundtrack and barn backdrop are suitable for a 70's high boy or an F350 Power Stroke or a Raptor. GT3 seems out of place.

What exactly is the problem with the canadian cars? Surely if a dealer is selling it in the US, it must be fine?

Ok, agreed. Just have something from AC/DC and call it day. As it stands, it does sound more suited for a corvette.

The car is located in Canada still. It is a royal pain to import into the US. And CPO/warranty is gone when it gets here. The market shrinks with Canadian spec cars so you can expect to take a hit when selling as well. Obviously, the purchase price reflects this.

But there are two cars in Colorado sold by Porsche dealer. What exactly is the problem with those?

silvertige covered it a above. But no ‘problem’ with a CAD car. It’s safe to say that in normal markets, there are fewer US buyers willing to by a CAD car. Even once a CAD car has been imported, the demand seems lower. Exceptions abound, such as for unique specs.
