Just got word of a 100 mile Chalk with Buckets and PDK at a dealer. It goes public tomorrow. $173.6k MSRP, dealer will be asking $199k.

Just got a call from one of my local dealers...
Car available for "market" price of $40k over!LOL Told him that may be the market in Greenwich, CT but not my market, and politely thanked him for the call.

Who would buy one of these over delivery mileage cars at a crazy ADM? They most likely had their 9K cherry popped on the first joyride with oil temp not even warm enough. So much for a break in.
I see many "used" ones with 100-600 miles on them at dealers.
I really think these over the top MSRP builds are hurting dealers extortion attempts. Asking like $200K for a GT3 is a narrow buyers market. Much more than the $150K-$160K range which is where the car should be. Porsche's price increases have definitely squeezed the flipper and ADM markets. They also have eliminated the PTS advantage with $$ and availability.

.2 GT3 for 200k and PDK i'd rather pay the extra 10% for a .1RS with delivery to 3k miles. There is an excellent drivers car in the marketplace from a fellow Connecticutian

Autobahn in Fort Worth called offering a chalk @ msrp. I declined since I have a speccable allocation.
