Autobahn in Fort Worth called offering a chalk @ msrp. I declined since I have a speccable allocation.

They might be playing games with the car unfortunately, only local market sale, or holding it out first to other customers who they have a relationship with, just a guess

they were offering it to their local customers on their list first as a courtesy. I didn’t ask any questions about the car other than color so I passed. I’m speccing my MB. I spoke to a guy named Bob.

I think with any other car they would appreciate the help but with these cars I'd say every 5th phone call to the dealer is a potential buyer, at least from my experience lately with calling dealers. They seem tired of answering the same questions.
On the other hand if you have an allocation @ MSRP I would greatly appreciate the referral

I was just surmising why you were getting the run around over there, definitely seemed like a good lead worth pursuing in depth... if it was up to me, money talks - first buyer ready to cut the check/wire gets it

I confirmed they do have a Chalk GT3 available. They are working their way down their GT3 list to see if anyone wants it before offering it to other buyers. Seems reasonable to me, thanks for sharing a potential lead!

Good on them if they offer that car at MSRP to one of their good local customers.
This car really has demand. For the first time ever even my local dealer is selling a 911 with an ADM.
A buyer backed out of their spec'd GT3 and it's ready to be sold in their showroom. I don't know if they will sell out of state from Hawaii since shipping is a PITA, but if anyone is interested it's a white GT3 with PDK and 18 ways, PCCB, black wheels, black LEDS and leather. MSRP is $174K and they want $25K ADM. Don't know how firm they are on that.
My SA there is Ash and he's the best SA I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Only reason why they are asking ADM is due to the sales manager higher up. If interested tell him Sam sent you!

surprised to hear that as my bro is on the list at msrp and didn’t get offered the car. but then his SA also says they don’t know when he will get a car because they don’t know their allocations - even though every other dealer in the US has gotten their allocations...
