Why do dealers charge ADM, because there is always that ONE person (or two) who will pay it...all they have to be, is patient.

Yup. My dealer sat on two 2016 RS's forever, well into 2017, at what I thought were ridiculous ADMs ($90k over). At one point I was told around $50k over would get a deal done, still ridiculous in my mind, particularly as the months went by. Then they sold one at $75k over. Then a couple of months later they sold the other one at around the same. Seems they know their business.
And it's barely January.

Got call last night from one of three 'brokers' with whom I've engaged over the past several weeks.
"Good news" he says. "Got your spec for you, $30k over. Landing within a month."
Me. Thanks for thinking of me, but I'm all set. I've found three over the past few weeks, nearly identical to my spec for $10k-15k over. Plus three open build slots (one immediate, two Nov) for the same.
*Edit - I’ve given out every lead and have no more, but will post whatever else I may come across in this thread.

In the interest of transparency, would you be so kind to post the option list and VIN on the black GT3 you're advertising here? I think it would be helpful for many people. At $25k over, I think buyers should have a right to see what they're paying for.
