Low mileage mint 964's make me nervous. It would be a shame to run up mileage on a 29k mile car, but I believe in driving cars... Some cars! A 29k mint 964 is money in the money. Guaranteed! You can drive it and put some miles on it and not hurt value too much, but the risk would make me sick every time I drove it. Some cars are just collectors by default and some are drivers by default. This is a collector.

The godspeeds are good. I haven't driven too much w them, but what I can say is for 850, they are outstanding. That said, I think I like my bilstein HD and eibach springs on oem hats as much. But then I haven't driven the godspeeds hard yet, and compared both back to back. I think at speed and setup right, I would likely prefer the godspeeds. But what I appreciate the most is the adjustability. You don't get that much with the HD.

So pss10 w elephant monoball top hats are approx 3500...or godspeeds for 850. Unless you need to take a tenth of a second off a laptime, I'd go w the godspeeds. That said. For myself I'm either going pss10 or JRZ.

Sorry I don't have a better review. It's coming, but I got mike's car done and the bastard took it away and is always driving it. I haven't gotten a chance to really rip into it yet. He only let me have one drive so far...these cars we are making are so good, they ruin you for anything else...I hate driving my C4 now after driving the ones that leave my garage. Can't wait to get to mine...

Spotted owl left today for a trip to ButziGear for setup and alignment.

I like the split grille. I have one on order also. Cool little addition to a 964.

The spotted owl looks great with the new wheels. I like white 964s more and more every time I see one.

Can't wait to see yours. Post some pics here of the progress....or drive it down for a visit...

We have a plan to all drive up to see you with mikes car in convoy once it gets warm for some good lobster on the water...maybe we should get all the North East guys out to meet at the Pemaquid Point Light for an afternoon...

This happened today...excuse the paint. Needs help. And paint just isn't my bag. Hitting rocks, sand, bugs and general road debris, at speed...my bag. But pretty detailing...god I wish I had a detailer in the family...

"Spotted owl left today for a trip to ButziGear for setup and alignment."

Please post final ride height front/back for the Owl. Any spacers used on that car?

No spacers. Ride height will be RS and setup will be basically max caster, slight toe in, and Max -1.5 camber.

But I'll post final when it comes

For what its worth, I spoke to Nakai/ RWB dude while he was in Brooklyn about the rigid collars. I was a bit surprised when he didn't know what they were or what they were for, considering the whole made in Japan thing. Its still something I will probably consider, but its slightly pushed down the list now.

They are an easy install. Just do it before an alignment...

I'm game, and I'm sure a number of Boston / NH guys would be up for it as well. You guys need to see Jjm4life's car......ridiculous.........we would have a nice convoy of black 964 cars!
