Installing manifold and injectors (midway). I am going through Dwayne's report to triple check I didn't miss anything before tightening the manifold bolts. Right now they're loose and all the hoses are connected.

WOOT! Finished up install of slave and after trying mityvac and then reverse bleed via drivers front brake caliper and then buying a Motive speed bleeder, none of which worked in getting the air out of the lines... Called Sean, he went over how to bleed via the slave, 20 minutes later I have a clutch again! THANKS SEAN!!!!

Next week install of x-pipe and hi flow cats! WOOT!

Sad part is wont be able to enjoy the new found performance until Tuesday or so due to we are driving to Austin tonight to see my sone... 3 of us so have to take the wifes car... :P

And yes, thought about making either my dad or wife sit in the back of the S4 but decided against it for the obvious reasons!

Got the steering rack all cleaned and waiting for the mount bushings, installed the new rack boots. Also stripped down all the brake calipers, getting ready for cleaning and repainting.

reinstalled the repainted rear calipers with the new Hawk pads to the new stainless steel brake lines and the new sensors. I also painted the rotor hats to match the calipers. Lowered the rear of the car and am ready to raise the front, put it on jackstands, and refinish the front calipers

Replaced stock crank bolt with longer harder bolt that I found (wait for it) at my local parts store. Maybe now I can drive without that sucker trying to spin off!

Stopped my centre console from wobbling around, was just missing screws!

And also kept the carpeted sides from coming off, but the number of electricians who have been in there make it very difficult owing to the number of wires and connectors down there!

Good Day.

Gave the wife the keys and let her drive it. I've not had any time to do so.

To up date things a bit I spent 9 hours fitting and fixing.

OK, finished polishing the drivers cams, all torqued down and just set the cover on

Test/Fit the fuel rails, injectors and lines. Injectors bottom out and will be fine.
I had to swap the short and long fuel line ends (steel braided is such a pain)

I have not decided on the cam cover color (oil cap will be the same color as covers)
Tested a gold color (quick spray paint) on the pass cover. Still might go red.
I'm just going for a nice clean look

Hoses are in place but did not get the front hose ($%^#)
I would like to put a X fitting in-place of the blue fuel T so I can mount a gauge on it.

I am going to Throw some Red on the divers cover today and see how it looks

Later . . . . . .

Here is what a quick spray of red over the tan looks like.

Today was easy... I moved her from one marina to the next.
Now ask about yesterday when I pulled the clutch!

Took her out for the first wind up after the TBWP event, and the AC fan belt rolled over and came off! Had to cut it off and then go to the parts store for a new belt. This will be installed next weekend. Any belt but the AC would have been fine, but the first one, just could not give me a break.
