I gave the S2 a wash the other day and tucked it under the covers.

Today I looked over ebay getting bad ideas.

Went to ecology this weekend and found a 924 pretty much everything was taken from it except what I got, working window switches (I can finally roll my passenger window down and up without reaching over) and the 3 main gauges. I am debating if I want to put them in my 944 or not they are black with white letters, only thing really stopping me is the speedo only goes up to 85...

I installed a new shift lever no more slop! It uses a screw with bearing on both sides so I should not have to worry about the center pin wearing down anymore. Also changed out my shift boot to a rubber on and removed the center console carpet. I like it just need to save up to buy the aluminum shift cap and finish the raw shift ****.

went down to disassemble the big ends of my car.
Looked at the strange nuts used on them

Gave up.

What should I be using to remove these nuts? I know I have to use a hot air gun to loosen the lock-tite on them, but what socket do you use? Is a double-hex fine?

The clamps around the crank shaft at the bottom of the con rods. A.k.a. Big ends.

You can use the best metric 6-point or 12-point that fits, you don't need a special tool but I don't remember the size.
