Just tried that with my freshly downloaded file and still no luck. Has anyone else had any luck doing this lately? Wondering if something happened to the file.

Today when I went through the process and tried pressing car + tuner, nothing happened, tried switching screens, still nothing, then it went through to do the update again, after which I still couldn't get into the green menu. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Are you pressing the physical buttons and not the Touchscreen icons? The SD card needs to be left in Slot 1.

You need to be in the Home screen to access GEM.

Get a screenshot of your PCM version info

No it means that you don’t have the NAV map. I recommend that you load the map first. If that fails, follow the original method and update manually. Then we will know at what step it fails or completes.

So to be clear, I would format the SD card, then install this map via software update? After that would I need to do the install I have been trying to do again?

Yes update the map first. Plug in your phone and see if AA works. You should see an icon on your PCM screen if it was loaded.

The AA doesn't seem to work. I will try to load the maps later today.

Did you physically attach your phone to the PCM via USB, either the glove box or console? If that didn't work did you try another USB-phone cable?

Check the files on the SD card, in particular the one below, rename it as shown to prevent Automatic Installation when the SD card is inserted.

For those who have installed the GPS antenna, I've tried two of these, but it's still not detected. Do I have to enable some setting after plugging it into my PCM?
