Not sure what your experience is in the specialty car market, and without commenting on this particular car, paying over MSRP--for new or used--is not uncommon. It's also not uncommon to sell it for more later. This doesn't apply to all Porsches, of course, but to many of them, it does. Moreover, many Porsches enjoy a reasonably flat depreciation curve.

Can you make a point without calling the community and members names?

Been on here for years and you don’t understand the market?

Carry on…I guess.

Low social status and anonymity can bring out the worst in some while experience and civility is constructive and appreciated.....keep the latter coming, I have much to learn.

You are a strange dude! Why do you even care how other people spend their money? If you think Porsches are poor value for the money, so be it. I wouldn't deign to tell people how to spend their (hard-earned or otherwise) money whether on cars, audio equipment, golf memberships or boats etc. People are paying large sums for air-cooled 911s which I would also pay. I would also gladly pay the money for a Bowers and Wilkins Nautilus. C'mon man!

What’s the market on a well spec’d spyder now? Manual, pccb, led headlights?

My guess would be mid to upper $140-150K.
The pricing on the Spyder above seems to be FMV - I believe that will sell quickly.
