If and when the stock market collapses we will see special high-end Porsche market take a demand hit. Until then, unlikely. Especially with ICE extinction on the horizon.

Will be interesting to see where this no reserve $114k msrp 2023 GTS ends. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...mment-13521036
Seems about right for GTSs on BAT

Now if Porsche started selling direct to customers and punishing flippers, we might see real change but honestly... this is late stage capitalism. Money rules all and so long as there's someone with more money that wants something, the market doesn't care if nobody else can have it.

But why would they? The people that are paying them are getting the cars they want, when they want them and probably have so much money that they don't care about 10's of thousands extra here and there.

ADM's on cars like these will be here to stay, though likely these figures will soften. The stealerships have seen people are willing to pay, and there will always be more people wanting these cars than allocations available. I know a lot of people will say "but pre covid, this wasn't a thing, and will eventually go back to the way it was".
It's the same as coffee shops charging $6.50 a coffee.... just because inflation has cooled off, doesn't mean prices will go back to pre covid days, this is now the new norm.

Whoever says ADM wasn’t “a thing” pre-Covid is incorrect. Maybe not in some markets, or for some cars….but it was still a “thing”. And in 2016 when we took delivery of my GT4, there were plenty of people paying ADM. That GT4 was our first GT car so I can’t speak to the years prior, but I believe ADM has been “a thing” in many markets for a long time. It’s simple supply and demand.

That would be the lowest priced car hitting the market by a huge margin if not a mistake. I would have probably bought it if it were on the market last week. Oh well.
