Kline 718 GT4/Spyder exhaust

I just installed my Kline over the weekend. I had a lot of trouble getting the muffler cross bar bolted back up after transferring it from the OEM muffler to the Kline. I basically had to hold the bar in place with a crowbar with my left hand while I bolted the factory bolts back up with my right. Hopefully I didn't do something wrong.
I used zip ties to hold the vacuum lines so they wouldn't be banging around. Is there a better, or more factory looking options, than just using zip ties?
It sounds great! Actually quieter than I was expecting.

Agree 100%. Have had that valve controller for 3 years and never figured out the buttons or could tell the difference. Still the case after having my Kline inconel installed last week. Which is incredible by the way. I had the Akra OAPs which I now realize sounded pretty crappy imo. It was loud and grumbly but far far from exotic. I feel as though if Porsche had put on an exhaust like this that cost them $8k, the car could’ve been sold for a higher $15k. Transforms the experience.

is the valve controller supposed to eliminate the drone at 2k when valves are closed? I have very noticeable drone at 2k in both modes, I don't notice much difference with valves open or closed. Really struggling to understand the purpose of the valve controller when combined with the kline setup.

So, if you are on the fence on SS vs. inconel, the inconel one apparently can fall from the international space station and not burn up, so there is that.

If I get the “valvetronic” Kline system do I not have to also get the separate cargraphic valve controller? In other words, will the Kline setup work with the stock PSE button the same as the stock system without the cargraphic valve controller?

Yes, it will and if you get the cargraphic valve controller, you could take control of opening them when you want through the PSE button or through remote control depending on which version you order. For more information, please feel free to PM us.

For those in the Bay Area, I’m selling a lightly used SS Kline set, that I bought from friend.
Keeping car stock for now, maybe upgrade to iconel later . Investing in suspension bits first.

Mine is pre-heatshield era. I bought the material to wrap it but never did. I have high-flow catted headers which in theory should also retain less heat than the OEM cats. So far no issues or signs of excessive heat so I never wrapped mine.

Just did the symposer delete and it made a noticeable improvement in reducing in-cabin resonance and boominess. There's still some drone, but its less intrusive and mostly occurs when in high gear and you're intentionally bogging the engine at 2k.
Someone had mentioned that the PSE button turns on/off the symposer. In my experience, the PSE button had no effect - maybe my symposer was broken and stuck open? Anyway, quite happy with the symposer delete + kline setup. Car finally sounds the way it should have from the beginning.
I opted for the OAP heat shields.
