I used zip ties to hold the vacuum lines so they wouldn't be banging around. Is there a better, or more factory looking options, than just using zip ties?

It sounds great! Actually quieter than I was expecting.
I feel your crossbar pain brother! My first attempt I stripped one of those bolts, thankfully @Westcoast was able to re-thread it for me. On my second install when I switched cars I needed to do exactly what you just described even with the back pieces loose / not tightened yet. It was a bitch to get that cross bar on, and I ended up screwing the hangers up as far as they'd go to help. There's just not much tolerance there. Zip ties with snipped ends is what most do I think. Good job!

is the valve controller supposed to eliminate the drone at 2k when valves are closed? I have very noticeable drone at 2k in both modes, I don't notice much difference with valves open or closed. Really struggling to understand the purpose of the valve controller when combined with the kline setup.

Here’s how the valves work, and they will work exactly like this with the Kline system. I don’t know what drone you could possibly be hearing at 2000, there’s a bit of bass there valves closed but it doesn’t last and is really minor IMO and I’m sensitive! Valves open, I can’t comment as I don’t run it that way. The purpose of your valve controller should be clear to you after watching this:

So, if you are on the fence on SS vs. inconel, the inconel one apparently can fall from the international space station and not burn up, so there is that.

If I get the “valvetronic” Kline system do I not have to also get the separate cargraphic valve controller? In other words, will the Kline setup work with the stock PSE button the same as the stock system without the cargraphic valve controller?

Yes, it will and if you get the cargraphic valve controller, you could take control of opening them when you want through the PSE button or through remote control depending on which version you order. For more information, please feel free to PM us.

For those in the Bay Area, I’m selling a lightly used SS Kline set, that I bought from friend.

Keeping car stock for now, maybe upgrade to iconel later . Investing in suspension bits first.

For everyone that has purchased Kline exhaust did you opt for the heat shields?

Roughly about 25% of the current orders are getting the heat shield.

Mine is pre-heatshield era. I bought the material to wrap it but never did. I have high-flow catted headers which in theory should also retain less heat than the OEM cats. So far no issues or signs of excessive heat so I never wrapped mine.

Just did the symposer delete and it made a noticeable improvement in reducing in-cabin resonance and boominess. There's still some drone, but its less intrusive and mostly occurs when in high gear and you're intentionally bogging the engine at 2k.

Someone had mentioned that the PSE button turns on/off the symposer. In my experience, the PSE button had no effect - maybe my symposer was broken and stuck open? Anyway, quite happy with the symposer delete + kline setup. Car finally sounds the way it should have from the beginning.
