Dealer Allocation Tracker
#1907
I just got a text from the broker I used, ben@bpmotorcars.com, that he has an available Spyder allocation from a west coast dealer. Worth it if you are struggling to find one and don’t want to wait.

Just talked to my SA, I will be in line for a 2022. He said to give him a call beginning of April. Looks like when the next lot of allocations come out for the GT4/Spyder for NA, they will be the first run of 2022 model years.
He said probably a Sept. to Oct. delivery date.
This came from his rep. @ Porsche and he is a high volume dealer in So. Cal.

I was just informed that Porsche of Nashua NH has an unclaimed allocation for a '21 Cayman GTS w/ July delivery. I'm holding out for a GT4; just wanted to let anyone who is interested know.

Just join rennlist today as a user, but have been following it for awhile. Last Friday I was fortunate enough to have stumbled on a unclaimed Spyder allocation. I was able to quickly secure the allocation with a down payment. On Saturday I configured the car and now have a delivery date near the of July. I never thought I was going to get one of these cars, but somehow lucked out. Really looking forward to getting the car.

Guess it goes to show - it can be worth calling around to find a dealer with an empty allocation if you really want one and are not worried about building a relationship with your local dealer. (And if this was your local dealer.... talk about a total score!!)
