John. The good news is Singapore + HK cars were non cat cars as well Im fairly certain (unlike Japan and USA cars of the same era). Your cats will look factory but are core less. Im pretty certain on this as I looked into it before importing 3 cars including a 964 from Singapore. They don't have emissions testing there either....
Pete. Reminds me of a line form Pink Floyd Darks Side. Here today gone tomorrow...

Yes, Dave drove me in it to pick up BB2. A White Sirocco R, bought off an ex Porsche racer. I don't think he's finished his collection of cars yet. He may well lead the Kohi Porsche count at the rate he's going.

I don't know about you, but I've had continuous problems with attached images using the new app - they show fine in the thread, but when you try to view an individual image I seem to have a 1/3 chance of it being another random attachment I've viewed recently and not the one I opened. REALLY pisses me off. And I've stopped my subscription payment, only way to send a clear message (my bug reports seem to be ignored!). I don't know why they couldn't have just branded a version of the Tapatalk app as other forums have done. Why reinvent the wheel, and end up with a misaligned positive cambered deflated piece of sh#t! #rantover
Herman up on stands. 30 minutes. I could do it in 5 next time, but isn't that always the way with these things. Had a chat with Jon P. NZ new cars of that vintage apparently didn't come with a CAT so he suggests I gut mine. Good for 10hp apparently. I wonder if Lola has one?
Since Friday apparently. Nice machine.

Purely by co incedence, it was delivered new to the first owner and the guy I bought it from not 100m from my home and I admired it a lot then. He had the white 993C4 just prior to the Scirocco.
I'm going to break the BMW 5 series habit which I must say is getting easier because I think BMW have gone a bit conservative with the mid range cars (M5 excepted) and there is some exciting product in the VW / Audi stable as always and the smaller Mercedes product is starting to look like a not so old man's ownership proposition. That and trying to make smarter choices and lower capital outlay for the everyday car to avoid the usual large depreciation chunk.
But a major problem has arisen; My work colleague asked me why I bought a ladies car....
