Each apartment has a double garage. I own half an apartment with Mack and Anne Storey so only have one spot. Steve has 2 apartments and his commercial building, so lots of garaging options.

Thanks. Just wondering about options other than driving a car to the track e.g. pure race cars.

Steve will rent you a spot - $50/wk from memory?

Or you can buy half an apartment (Mack and Anne are looking to sell), rent the apartment out and use the garage for yourself. Half a 2 bedroom apartment goes for around $210 - $220k fully furnished.

Anyone purchase a 2 or 4 post lift locally and had it installed. Like to set one up for this winter. Recommendations appreciated. I see there are a few China made ones with distribution companies predominately in Auckland, which doesn't bother me, as long as quality is OK.

Thumbs up! Just the way Porsche meant it to be.

Now I just need to figure out how to get Steve & the boys to find time for a second project.

Looks very smooth ... but agree - higher camera and lower AIM mounting.

Sorry for the rant!
Macca, I think she knows you've been unfaithful...

John, great work. I think it was getting a bit wide on Barrel 51 that cost you those two-hundredths!

Dave has managed a few racing 996tt's and he said they used to run the rears around 40 pound when hot, The speed and weight of the car together with the wide low profile tyres on the rear meant they used to regularly chop out the side walls if they ran the pressures to low. I will also do a bit more research on Rennlist to get others views.
Thanks Pete. I appreciate the input. I noted Maccas pics last week re the split in his. Did you just 'peel' yr tyre off the rim so to speak!!

yes Matt
I have been learning from reading this thread. Was debating driving down on low pressure colder tyres, as don't have a pump, but was unsure re the repercussions..
