Thanks for the kind words We put a lot of work into our systems, and the poor soul in the polishing room all day doesn't get the credit he deserves!

This is ridiculous. You can land a new one from the UK 68K on road. Surely no one will pay it!! The result of lots of property cash washing around in Auckland?

^^^^^^^^^ That "property cash" is drying up Macca, half the houses don't sell at auction anymore mate. The smarter money is off the table now I would say. You will be seeing the peak of the development too with bank's withdrawing from funding developments, and the smarter developers sitting on the side-lines as you can't easily buy deals that are profitable?? I really enjoy seeing all the tower cranes around town, but I strongly believe this is the peak.

Its been a good run for the last 7 years..............

7 years? Wasn't it pretty desolate between 2007 and 2012/13?

Oh well. Maybe they won't be selling a used ex demo Focus RS for 84k then ha ha. I couldn't find a taker for mine (not delivered yet) at 69k a month ago and since then they went from 74 to 84 on TM. Wishful thinking!!

Last seven years takes us back to 2009. In Auckland, post GFC, the market has been pretty much up since March 2009 and is now more than double the levels then. Crazy.
