Thanks again David and Garry for meeting up, running with me and making it a really memorable trip. I'll definitely shout out when next passing. We should all do that ;-P

Seems a shame to leave that last dent in the front lower panel, surely it would have been easy to knock that out?

I don't think it is a dent but moulded like that for the jack carrier attachment on the inside of that panel (looking at my inside boot photos). I rushed the photos under very harsh side lighting which doesn't help at all and didn't intend to publish them for scrutiny but to simply mark the visit to check her out. Steve snd I went over her in detail snd I'm stoked with their work. Not long now.

Paul. You clearly need to sell your 993 quick smart and buy a 964 C2/4 brother. This 964 thing has eaten you up. I'm more than happy to hold the banner and say I've never parked my car up next to a 964 C2/4 and wondered if I had made the right decision. And if what you reckon about values becomes true then even more resin to own 993 so it can be driven without fear. Otherwise they are just antiques sitting in the shelf. If you had really wanted the 3.6t it would be in your garage I reckon :-) John. Richard is loving his GT3 but London isn't the best place for these cars. If you can get you head over the "aircooled is better because it's purer" thing then there is an interesting world if new and used GT3 turbo and Cayman etc options out there. Without doubt the new GT3 is as close to an everything car Porsche have yet produced....till the next one!!

Just spent four days stripping cedar joinery back to bare wood and painting it. Renovation is the last thing on my mind right now but taking some of your ideas away up North to mull over. BBQ when we get back.
