I have a 'smoking' counter measure. I'll put the Z221s on and run up front. That will keep you all 50 meters back to avoid stones peppering your paintwork and windscreens.

That assumes it's dry. If it's wet weather it won't be necessary as the C4 holds it's own. The wetter the better.

Paul. The wheels certainly look good on the car now. They fill out the arches beautifully.

Why don't we put the band together brother? The Porsche Apostle's & Doug ...

I tired 150m on the SITT and still heard the stones hit the screen.

Im not using R comps for Tour. Ive had the MPSS fitted to the 993 and the geo set to road (-1.3F+R). This will be a shake down for the Targa later that week as the car hasn't been used hard since NITT. R comps are totally unnecessary on the Tour and just make a mess of other peoples cars (or yours if your car is behind one). A competent and fast road driver will keep more powerful gear with better tyres at bay no problem.

Paul. Just ride at the front or back and youll be fine.

Good idea. Lets hope its Matthew or Luke or something.

Google tells us "Douglas" is old Galeic for "black river" or "dark water" and is not biblical....
