Love the click-click feel of precise shifting.
I followed the recommendations of previous poster and pushed block in from the front. I still couldn't get it fully reinstalled.
Cable adjustment was easy.
Wrestling the cables into position was the most challenging aspect of the project.
High quality hardware from Numeric!

Emailed you guys about a possible return. It's been a few months since I purchased the 996/997 bundle, but I never un-taped/opened the box. If that's not an option, that's fine and I totally understand. I will just take a hit on reselling it from my error.
