I'm in the same situation as you. I also emailed them earlier this week and no reply yet. I tried their chat IM, PM here, and leaving a voice mail today as well and no response. All I need to know is whether my order is still in process and just delayed of if they are no longer in business. It's not a nominal few bucks to me. That reply right below yours is exactly why I didn't say anything on here sooner. I know they are a well liked vendor on here and I didn't want to come across as trashing them online. I consider going a month without bothering them is being pretty patient. Just a simple update would be appreciated.

I purchased from them last year and had a similar experience as posted here. Apparently they were having supply issues at the time, which is all fine and understandable. But couldn't they just post a note on the website, or definitely had something mentioned on the order confirmation? I only found out about the supply issues after searching the forums. It took about two months to receive my order. They make exceptional products but the communication is awful. Sorry, but I don't agree with the statement above that you should just wait and be perfectly fine with getting no responses to messages or phone calls. If someone takes my payment of over 1k, I shouldn't just have to wait months to hope it shows up and be fine with getting ghosted by the company. They don't have to be giving constant updates. Just a simple note of, this isn't in stock, may take a couple months for delivery would suffice. If it's potential customers asking a bunch of questions and they are too busy and they want to ignore them thats one thing. But if you have my money I expect a little communication. All that said, I am very happy with the product and for anyone thats ordered I'm sure you'll get your stuff eventually. Unfortunately this just seems to the typical Numeric experience.

Numeric finally replied via email to my fifth inquiry this morning. They said they had several lost shipments from last month and then missed my prior contact attempts but will be getting my order out soon.

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and inquired a few times about when my order might ship . One email, one facebook messenger and one instagram message and none have been replied to. I guess I have to make two more attempts to get a reply.

was considering numeric as well, but this seems dicey til they figure out what's happening with supply chain. I've actually purchased from company in lebanon (RTD shifters) for BMW M cars and the process overseas seemed much easier than this...

Based on their response to me, it's not a supply chain issue this time, it's a shipping issue.

I'll have my Numeric shifter and cables for sale from my 997 GT3 soon, if anyone is interested. Used for a season of track.

I found their customer service is not great at all. Big delays in shipping with little communication and I have had some technical issues I have emailed, called and messaged about. Quality of product seems great, I have pedals and shifter but very hard to wrangle them if you need anything IMHO.

I ordered mine beginning of February, three weeks ago I was told it would ship in a week. A week later I got a UPS shipping label and since then it still has not shipped.

I'm still waiting on my coil overs to ship so I'm not worried, but please communicate with your customers.

Just FYI for all you guys waiting, I just got an email stating mine is out for delivery today! This was ordered first week of February, so 6-7 weeks looks like the current wait time. Hopefully they have solved their supply issues and get caught up.

Just installed it in less then two hours, and it was worth the wait... Great product, thank you @Tommy L Garage and @Numeric Racing for the great instructions!

Good to hear. I ordered the 996 bundle on Feb 10th so hopefully I see it soon. Order status is confirmed but no shipment date as of today.
