Individually I don't think so, but both mirrors yes.

My passenger side mirror tilts down when I put it in reverse then raises back up in drive. But if I remember correctly it is part of the memory package.

I don't know what year your vehicles are (wold help if you would place that in the text anywhere), but here are links for Cayenne and Macan. These are accessible from your Car settings and I'm sure in x431, but KISS

You do know that you can adjust how far it tilts? Try this... Put the car in reverse - adjust passenger mirror to the tilt you want. Then put it in drive and drive forward. I think it raises back up at 5-10 mph. Then stop and try reverse again.

Oh, on my 13 yo Touareg both tilt - guess I don't pay much attention to the tilt but I know it is available
You don't have to press the RIGHT side mirror for it to work. If it senses your in Reverse it will tilt the mirror irrespective of what selection it's in. Could this have been part of a package (comfort/convenience etc.) that you may not have?

When I put my car in reverse, the passenger side mirror button lights up. Then, I can either leave it alone or readjust it. It always tilts to the last adjustment. It's not like the memory seat that you have to press the set button then the number button then lock the door. You don't have to go go through any of that with the mirror. It will always tilt to your last adjustment on the key you are using. My wifes key tilts the mirror to her last adjustment.
