Beauty. Wish I could pay below MSRP like how it used to be in normal times.

What's the price delta between regular .1 and .2 GT3's at this point? I have basically the exact same car in a .1 without FAL obviously. Just for my own curiosity more than anything else. I'm not planning on selling it anytime soon.
$30,000 price difference?

Jason, I would expect that the $186k ASK for that .2 ^^, is not what that car will eventually sell for. Having said that, with its $138k msrp & in this market, the $186k could actually be close (with some crafty negotiation by the seller. plus auctions still seem to garner higher selling prices, verses private sale too). But if your .1 is also at the exact same 21k mileage, same condition & MSRP (although probably also minus the DEM), I would think a "asking" price of yours could be slightly less than your guess of $30k difference. $138k msrp is very healthy for a Gen1 & to get that high it usually includes pccb's. outside of buckets, the remainder of the spec options are usually cosmetic and appeal to certain buyers,... so depending on how long you want to wait for that right buyer to come along.... you get the point.
Conversely, if the reason you want to know what your car is "wroth" based on comparisons like this,... is because of your insurance coverage,... then SURE, your car is worth even more!! Lol

I love the full leather interior, really wish my car has it. But if I'm going to sell my car for another .2 I think I want to wait for the perfect one... in Sapphire or Cobalt Blue

Prices on BAT has come down a bit lately. But I think that .2 will sell for $170-175k in this market. $160k seems to be the low end for low spec .2 in this mileage so this dealer isn't absurdly far off in pricing.

I got my .2 RS from BAT yesterday, all seemed expected cosmetically at that mileage.
However it won’t downshift shift into 1st… have to be almost stopped to grind it in. The owner told me he would never downshift an RS into first so it’s a non-issue Drola was helping me diagnose… maybe synchros…so it has a shop appointment in a week. Also sounds like one of the rotors is warmped… but they are ceramic so that prob not it lol we’ll see.

EDIT: I have seen only one PTS 997.2 in cobalt blue. JamesP is a RL member here and has a Cobalt 997.2. Here is a link to see his car (post # 958)
https://rennlist.com/forums/997-gt2-...thread-64.html
... and you can see his confirmation on post # 926 that it is Cobalt Blue 997.2.
.... and then even more pics around post # 1705 from his road trips. Very cool car in that color.

My car has a pretty high MSRP for a .1 at about $127k. My opinion is the car is worth somewhere between $130-140K. But again, I'm not selling it so it's a moot point.
Good reminder about insurance values though. My policy with Hagerty is up for renewal in the beginning of January and I need to raise my agreed upon value for sure. I think it's still at $90k or so.
