interesting - the owner of the silver .2 paid the Dougherty Inspection station the labor costs to install customer-supplied lower front valance. That tells you something about the seller for sure (given it's a 6 minutes job to unsnap & snap in the new one).
$220 paid for the oil / filter change, including front valance R&R.
I can't seem to find the msrp on that one, but seems probably in the $118 or $120k range. My guess is $150k. It's already at $144.

I say $175k plus fees. It's a new car even if it doesn't have PCCB's Fun to watch!
EDIT: Who want to bet it ends up on the allthingsporsche website?

I’m not personally a fan of PCCB myself, I understand I’m likely in the minority on this realizing they are a desirable option.
What tends to be the most desirable options on these cars would you (or anyone else) say?
Seems like:
- Buckets
- PCCB
- Leather (extended)
- FAL

I’m thinking around the same.

Never have noticed a difference with DEM at least from how Porsche describes the changes. FAL is helpful, but the reliability of the system for the 997.2 is not good with a high failure rate. Plus, the system is not inexpensive to replace. Full leather is personal preference and is nice. I have had cars with and without it, but I could live without it on a 997 GT car. PCCB and buckets are the musts for me personally. Maybe I could do without buckets for a GT3 non-RS as examples with this option from the factory are far and few between and the ones that do have it have been avid track rats. Plus, they can be bought later on.
Before buying my .2 GT3, I never even considered DEM as something desirable.
But I suppose thats subjective just like many of the options offered.
My car came with the TechArt nose lift, which is 40mm up to 40mph and I have to say I fully intended on getting rid of it but in real world use its pretty awesome.
I drove onto a flatbed the other day with no wood or anything and my car is lowered to the European GT3 height.
It is interesting seeing what Porsche - specifically GT car - people like option-wise.
Having had so many M cars in the past, the less options the car has the more desirable it is. Certainly not the case in GT land.

$187k including fees. I believe that is a record for a 997 GT3 non-RS. Although I believe the All Things Porsche Guards Red .2 GT3 with 4k miles and basically the same options is still asking almost $20k more.

Not surprised at all by this result. At $187k it's still about a $100k discount over a similar mileage RS. You get 95% of the experience for 65% of the cost. Seems like a bargain to me.

PCCB- No question. Once you go yellow, you never go back.
Full Leather- Absolutely. Transforms the interior into such a nice space.
FAL- Definitely a nice-to-have but I would not pass up a car without it unless I needed the lift for my own driveway or garage.

Well that car will most likely never see the road again. RIP to that car

Agree with the above except for the buckets. I would think in a non-RS, the sport/adaptives would be more desirable. Maybe I'm in the minority but that was my preference when I was shopping.
