The 997 GT3/RS Cars For Sale Thread...
Figures @Bxstr would know it
I think 185K is the right asking price for @Wonderdan 's car. The PCCBs are a huge premium item.

haha, I’ve had 2 ppl pm me to tell me the stripes are amaz and not to pull them… but like someone said, it’s all about appealing to all, and strips like this were relatively cheap to do.
Only thing on this car that’s not perfect is one of the passenger side speaker aged out and started to rattle recently, should I just disclose it and let them fix, or fix it before putting it up. Finding shop I trust is hard and I’m deathly afraid of touching anything this close to selling haha.

Lol yea as a frequent member of this thread I can’t help but gameify this… and keep you guys updated. I feel like no “regular” on here will judge me as I wouldn’t them.
As a seller I would say
“I wasn’t trying to be wack with 175k price , I just took the most common online price if 165 added 5k for better options and 5k BAT fee.”
As a buyer I would say
“150-165 is more in line with what’s been online, is 14k miles + leather plus pccb really worth that much more than a 26k-30k mile? ”
To your point this morning I didn’t see any action on rennlist so I linked the ad in Facebook 911 buy/sell a few hours ago, got three offers at 165 in 15 min, they all said they needed to do more research to pay more... my guess is they looked at comparable and my mileage and just thought “better deal”… no one seems to know these cars like we do.
I “think” I could do better on BAT but I don’t really want to go through the 115 picture auction and that’s prob worth $5k to me… so we shall see if anyone from FB reads this thread haha.

I thought BAT had an interesting crowd but listing this in Facebook has taken it to a whole new level lol.

Isringhausen just got in a Black 6200-mile .1 GT3. Not really any options worth talking about, but it does have the “rare” rod antenna (something to brag to everyone about at cars and coffee lol.) $115k original MSRP. Priced at $200k.

ugh,... another airbox (K&N in that '07 Meteor grey above^^). They came soooo close, with the opening on top that seals to the deck lid rubber,... but then decided to allow more (hot) air by opening the underside of the K&N box.
.... sorry for the tangent,... but that just irks me for some reason.
