Carrara White .2 GT3 going up for auction with Mecum in January. Canadian spec car with low options. Was optioned with sport buckets now has standard sport seats. Previously had a roll bar and Sparco racing seats from what I can see with these photos taken in 2017. Assume the buckets were separated with the car and these sport seats were put in. Can kinda see through the right rear side quarter window where they plugged holes that were made. This section houses attachment points that are there. If back seats are present then a child seat can be tethered to it. Thought I’ve seen people mount harnesses to it before, but not certain.

Also the car has Girodiscs all around and cenerlocks look very tired with the writing on them worn off. The the listing notes MSRP is $144k, but that is in Canadian dollars.

RFMC "Recommission Program"

 

The best combo RFM done to one of these cars. With white believe they've done it with ruby stone red, yellow, and mint green. There was one white/green .2 RS made for North America though has 997.1 RS style graphics. This and a Birch Green .2 RS are the only ones I know of with these style graphics from the factory. Was made to match the owners '73 2.7 RS.

Looks odd with the yellow calipers.

 

That looks cartoonish, no offense. Any other car and everyone would find it laughable. Not on a PorschA though!!

 

Price aside, what's really laughable is changing the color scheme and some interior aesthetic bits and calling it a Recommission.

 

I wonder if they will get near that price with 27k miles.
