Why would the seller choose Manheim over BaT or one of the boutique brokers? Makes no sense bc this car is worth high 6 digits with the right crowd in the room.

A few weeks ago, a Carrera GT did better than comparable BAT / PCar sales and likely sold better - if not at least more efficiently - than any of the appropriate brokers would have done.
Notably, this is the same seller as the CGT. Perhaps he is hoping for lightning to strike twice.
Black .1 GT3 with 8600 miles. Steel brakes and full leather. $116k original MSRP. Asking price is $140k. No photos uploaded yet. This one probably won’t last very long at this price considering the low mileage.

I drive by this dealership all the time - very surprised no photos up but their IG seems to be updated. I do not mind popping in if someone wants me to check out the car.
Edit: Just noticed the above post of their IG... hahah
There is a 2011 GT3 RS 4.0 for sale with 186 miles (not a typo!) at the manheim PA. scheduled to run at the 10/22 sale. vin is # WP0AF2A97BS785684
May be one of the lowest mileage 4.0 RSs out there. advertised by a wholesaler. Sounds like a cream puff (as you would expect, given the mileage). It'll probably scream at the auction but figured I'd post it up here in case someone is looking for a delivery mile 4.0.
Now that would be hilarious if there was mice sh* in the air intake... never know, my garage pretty much an indoor living space and I still find mice every few years if I dont touch something.

It happens. My old house had tons of ivy. Hence rats. My 991 had a rat make a nest under the cooling fans on the top of the engine. The dealer didn't find the dead rat, but the fan was damaged. Now I have no rats. Just bears.
is this normal for such a low milage car? seems odd to have debris there?
OMG..Car is worthless! haha. Hey try actually selling a car to a guy named Neurotic! lol
I only kid. He's a wonderful custodian of a superb 3.8 RS. Cheers man
