Hi Guys - I really am not one for stepping in and ruining the fun, but if we can, let's try to keep this thread on track. I think we can all agree that this thread should be discussing cars that are for sale, whether or not the price is appropriate and whether or not the car has any red flags. I also think that it's a great thread for documenting cars that may have storied pasts.
If there is support for a separate "GT3 Chat Thread" where people can basically just chat about comparisons and random items, let me know and I can create one. That can serve as a place for these off-topic ramblings.
I'm going to leave the posts above for now unless someone really believes they should be removed.
Nothing against anyone in here but the mod group thinks/agrees that things are getting a bit off-track.
Back to regularly scheduled programming and enjoy the remainder of your Labor Day weekend.

Apologies for my part in bringing this thread off topic. Jut wanted to share my personal experience with the GTS vs. GT3 since it was brought up.
Anyway, back on-topic:

I wanted to comment on the GTS vs GT3 topic as well, but then it seems to always turn into each side being overly defensive.

I don't have the faintest idea of what you're chasing here. I have never posted on the GT2 or any GT3 forum and the word "Period" that you have a problem with wasn't posted by me but by Liste-Renn. Just curious why you tagged me for a post that doesn't exist on a sub forum I never posted on. I own a GTS and have posted on the GTS threads. Please tell me what you found offensive or off base on what I said. I try to stay pretty neutral and subjective.
I will DELETE my posts above. We can clean this up easy.

Guess I’ll see if it’s overpriced. The rear end damage was a stop light tap with the bumper replaced, according to barrier Porsche. The car was certified with an extended warranty from Porsche when I bought it from them in 2019. My reason for a higher price is the build spec along with the maintenance and physical condition of the car inside and out. Im not in a rush, it’s what the car is worth to me. You are welcome to have your opinion 👍🏻

Edit: Or, maybe the "spoiler" in the 2015 thread was on to something....

Sales Reps get all excited about the immediate calls they get on a car like that (black .1 at Colorado Springs),... but as a rule should NOT take a video like that (before they've had the chance to pull off the front clip film, clean er up, etc.
They get all excited to send out a video like that,... & imo it hurts the interest. Better off to wait & publish only their best foot forward. hard to get rid of that first impression

I Received the Car bright and early Friday morning, and as you and all others who have commented on it in the past, you are 100pct correct. I WAS / AM NOT disappointed at all. The car is absolutely Beautiful!! Very clean and well taken care of for a 14yr Old Car. All my worries/nervousness were gone as soon as it rolled off the truck. So I again thank everyone for their truthful and positive comments. This is a really great group of helpful people, and I plan on continuing to read/learn as much as possible from everyone here and enjoy driving her every single time I get the opportunity.
Bxstr, osu s2k, and CDILL .... I still can not figure out how to DM/PM you guys to discuss further. I guess I need to post more, or buy a year subscription or something.
Cheers
Tony
