Mods appear to be Rennline pedals, a tow hook, Tequipment (I think) roll bar and aftermarket wheels (HRE FF01maybe?).
Guards red 997 GT3's are not easy to find, so if the car checks out otherwise, would probably be a good one to pick up and continue improving.

yeah beat may not be the right word for it. It’s pretty clean honestly. I just think it is over priced as well. I think they will be lucky to get 103 for it. The last SY for sale had roughly the same miles and sold for 95 (one with the weird RS badge). They are not that different in terms of spec or condition.

Agreed....if it checks out, looks like a pretty good car. Guards is very hard to find in a .1 .....and I’m a big fan of this Color. I would look at this closely....hell, there is another GR in Texas that’s been crashed and they’re asking $90k and it has 51k plus miles on it...
Cool car - definitely needs some stuff, fresh front lip, sticky radio ***** and peeling climate control controls, worn drivers seat, chunk out of drivers rear tire (but probably fine to drive on), clear bra on rear quarters could probably use replacement. Looks like you get one key and it's a replacement key (the .2 style, not the .1 style).

Doesn’t look Beat at all......it actually look pretty clean to me. Sure it was an OG Press car....but looks pretty normal wear and tear and actually quite clean for 34k miles....lol, not sure what you’re referring to as “Beat”...

That doesn't exist anymore. I've told people that multiple times and they chose not to listen....and sold their car in a day. I've stopped giving advice on pricing

Pick a car and enjoy it today....Life is too short to wait around for the perfect car with the right price tag. If $117k + is high in your mind....offer $110. That’s prob a fair number on a GR in those specs in today’s World. The Silver car a last month from WA went for $100k with 38k miles and this one looks in better shape, rarer/better color...and 10k less miles. You won’t find any clean car for less than 110k on a .1 today....so is there a diff for a difference of say 7-10k? Not IMHO...just my .02 cents

Fair enough........but that Silver car sold for $99k....so basically 100, and Seller could of gotten $105k plus if he had waited a few hours. It was offered to my buddy before it was even listed at 95 here (And then Upped to 99)...with room to work with, so essentially could of been had around 92. But that was an anomaly...and seller hadn’t followed the market trend sine he had picked it up last fall. 110-130 and up is what retail market seems to be at for .1’s and 120-145 for .2’s.......excluding the random transaction that goes for a few K below those numbers...
I get your point and a lot of other members have said the same. But what if I’m in no rush? I drive my fathers two porsches when I’m home so I get my seat time and I’m blessed to be able to do that. Plus the more I wait, the more money I have saved up to spend on a car. Don’t really see a negative to that. 110 is pretty high also for a car that needs some work. If that SY car at respo sells for 110 I could understand 110 being a good number for it but I just don’t see that. Especially when the white one on pcarmarket with 18k miles just sold for 114 and the only reason it got there was because the buyer bid to msrp so my buddy Lukas would not get the car. If Lukas never put his one bid down that car sells for 105. And that car was clean; so I respectfully think your statement about not being able to find a clean car for under 110 is incorrect. That Arctic silver car with 38k miles that sold for 97 (not 100) was a very clean car. I can tell you that because I was in on it until the end. It is much cleaner than this red one; you should look at the red one a bit closer.

You could wait until you save more money, there is nothing wrong with that but prices may keep rising. I have waited to buy at a lower price and ended up paying more than I wanted too. The positive thing is that I’m enjoining it now. Good luck with your search.

Anyone check out this car? I'm surprised it has not sold yet. Not a lot of 997.2s with such low mileage listed. Is it the mods or low spec that's keeping people away?
