I'm guessing $215k with fees.
Curious why this car doesn't get a mention on this forum? Maybe I missed it. 2007 GT3 RS at Barnaba I think they dropped the price $10k

personally I would loooove a 4.0 with sofa's. That car has a perfect spec for my wife & I (we tour with our cars, long weekends, week long pca parades, treffens, etc).
Hey, with that 4.0 (showing white wheels),... what color rims do you end up with, when you get both Option 347 (Wheels painted in GT Silver Metallic), and Option 430 (19" GT3 Wheel Painted White with Center Lock) ???
Does 430 override 347?
regarding market pricing for our 10 - 13 yr old 997 GT cars,... have you guys been following the 991 GT subforum discussions on pricing for .1's & .2's?? Theres a lot of talk over there on the rising prices over the last 4-5 months. Definitely right about excess cash out there. Wonder what the actual Spring is going to look like...
Hey KDAWG, I can't remember, do you still have your '91 964 Turbo?

I am looking for one. I spoke to Michael before he put it on BT. His number was a bit lower to me. I didn’t want to pay it, probably worth it in today’s market. But too Rich for me.

They are fun old-school turbo lagging fun cars to drive though. It was a tough decision but my gut told me to let it go.
You'll know when the time is right.

Lance, how would you compare the 993 Turbo to the 997.2 GT3? I’m despairing of finding a 997.2 GT3 with all the options that I want in the right condition, am considering the 993 Turbos as well. Seems like many more 993 Turbo “garage queens” compared to the 997 Gt3’s which makes sense I guess.

I've driven both a 3.6l '94 964 Turbo, and compared to my '91 3.3l 964 Turbo ... the driving difference is minimal .... verses comparing a 993 Turbo to a 964 Turbo, in which case the 993 Turbo (which I have also driven) is much more smooth, less of an "event" in my opinion, and less raw. I prefer the 964 Turbo, and will keep mine. Very few of those for sale at any given time. And I actually love retaining both the 997.2 GT3 and 964 Turbo. Having both gives my wife & I pleasure to drive off & on & swap back & forth. They are very different, but both exciting & enjoyable to own.
Ed, Btw, keep in mind that there ARE indeed some Euro 1994 993 Turbos which were produced,.... prior to the US receiving them in 1995
1994 was a very interesting transition year for Porsche
manhattan_trout :: If you yearn for a high rpm screaming NA engine like with the 997 GT3,... then switching your search to a 993 Turbo will not appease your lust. just my .02 opinion.

Maybe, you are misunderstanding what I’m saying. I’m not saying for you to go and buy a car that needs thousands of dollars in repairs, etc. All I’m saying is that some buyers would pass on a car that had a panel repainted or the miles are a little too high, or the leather have some creases, etc., even if the car is well priced. I know we have buyers with different budgets and different use for their purchase. If you are looking for that one owner, under 10k miles, perfect paint and interior, garage queen, get ready to pay a premium price for this.
The majority of the cars currently available have multiple owners, some miles and possible a few blemishes. These cars are 10-14 years old and most have seen a track, even if the seller denies it. I wouldn’t run away from these kind if cars unless I’m looking for one to keep preserved for the next buyer. Most of these cars are meant to be driven and are not investments. The good thing about cars that are not perfect is that you won’t feel guilty putting some miles on them. The bottom line is that the price should reflect the condition of the car.
In speaking with a high end car dealership owner, he told me that even new cars from the lot may have had a panel retouched after incidents that occurs at the docks. In these cases the factory is not obligated to tell the dealership of the repaint or incident and most dealership won’t find out about it.

Buyer 1: Didn't like that it had some wear on the steering wheel alcantara and a slight dimple on a rear bumperette (on a 59k mile example...and I have both flaws on the car to this very day).
Buyer 2: Sat in the car, pushed the clutch and thought it 'felt funny'. I had a thorough PPI done and the clutch was fresh and perfect
Buyer 3: His wife thought it was too much money and he should try to buy a cheaper 997.1 version instead (mine was the lowest priced 997.2 RS on the market at the time).
I have not once regretted buying the car, and I'm going on 8 years of prideful ownership right now.
