Yeah I was told to walk on that car too when I asked about it. They said if I wasn't looking for a track toy then skip it. A year went by and they had one for me that was in a million times better condition.

CTK, great score on that GB!

Pics should be up soon as I saw it getting prepped for shoot on Sunday. 11K miles w/ loaded build sheet - I think 170K. Zero paint work. Perfect DME. Full body PPF. I think Ryan's asking 179K. Pretty sure the car was listed on PCA for less than an hour lol.

Offer $165K, after transport that's still reasonable considering the $155K purchase.
Market was $175-180 ish pre-covid, what's it realistically now?

If BAT is any indication, the car market has gotten stronger during Covid... as crazy as that sounds...

Take a look at 996 prices. Your jaw will drop.

$165k is appropriate for a 12k mile car. We've all seen a few sold in the $160-170k range which can get you a clean sub 15k mile car these days. Anything below 5k miles and prices start to go up quite a bit.

The thing that probably made that car sell so fast was the color combo and the amount of options it had. Probably could have gotten $180k-185k if more patient. The gold contrast cars tend to be a little more desirable than the red contrast cars since they made less of them and some people like the more subtle look so they sometimes carry a premium. But still love the red contrast cars.

If you’re interested in a car that is similar but has even more cool stuff done, Switchcars just got in a white 997.1 GT3. PCCB’s, euro GT3 seats, which are around $15k a set, OEM RS wing, 4.0 clutch and RS flywheel, pinned lines, a fully sorted car from a local guy that I know. If I was in the market, that’s the car I would be buying. 35k miles. It isn’t on his website yet but I would reach out. Local for you too, so you could easily drive up and grab it. If you wanted to get some coat back after buying it, you can easily sell the seats for $10-15k here (depending on how quick you want to sell) and put in the factory sport seats.
