I know folks in Nashville if anyone is interested. I can try to get someone to have a look before auction.
Yes, I know not OE to the car. Just meant it looks like the car has a set of OEM buckets installed.

I spend a lot of time in Vancouver (in-laws are there) and figured I'd lay eyes on the car with no intention of buying it since I'd decided a .1 gt3 was what I wanted but had never even sat in one; went to see the car and it was beautiful. The guy actually seemed like a decent human being and he was super helpful and transparent with the sale and helped me get everything together so that I could drive it across the border/import it properly. I don't agree with him withholding the previous buyer's deposit and it's certainly not what I would have done, but I didn't feel like the car deserved to be punished and get sold to a dealer, etc. There was some deferred maintenance and some stuff I need to get right, but it's nice to finally be a 997 GT3 owner . Hopefully you all will still have me lol

Congrats on your new GT3! I’ve had to hold my nose when dealing with a seller before, but decided I liked the car enough to make the deal and it worked out. Seems like the same situation for you, wishing you many miles and smiles ahead.

It runs through Manheim Nashville on 8/28

car had structural Damage IIRC the last time it sold at Manheim.5.0 CR I had to be bogus. I’d definitely wanna check it before bidding.

Anyone’s .1 here? Seems reasonable because it has a lot of the to-do list done… it’s ready for a driver

This car won’t last at that price. Well sorted.

Wow that’s a very well sorted car with all the big items done, with extras that transform the car.

One of the highest optioned .1 GT3’s I’ve seen. There’s a PTS Orange example that’s even higher.

It seems like it's priced for a really quick sale. Probably be bought and relisted by Ryan Friedman at that price!

If it was listed at $155k I wouldn't consider it outlandish

Does the structural show on the title/carfax or was just disclosed before?

I actually prefer it without the stickers, much more timeless

Previous build thread on the Pumpkin: https://rennlist.com/forums/997-gt2-...ispreloading=1

4.2 lost oil pressure on the track and eventually a crack was found in the block. It was replaced with a 3.8 out of a 2012 997.2 Cup Car.
