Better to just have a track rat RS and be proud of it

21K White 2011 GT3 hammering today. Bets on where she lands? Sitting at $162K currently

Update: $193,000 + $7,500 BAT fee = $200,500 out the door! Not too shabby.

It’s a guess. Not many .2 with 20k-ish miles on market. If 2 or more people really want it, it could go high.

Your wheel fitment science vid was enjoyable. E88's are killing it on that RS.

A 15k mile white 997.2 GT3 with buckets sold for 188k here in Los Angeles last week. If someone was smart they wouldn't go above that number for this one on BaT.

As a counter point, with limited cars for sale, I’m not sure it matters much what the last one sold for. What matters more is what will be the price of the next one that pops up with the proper spec for a particular buyer. If this one has the options someone is looking for (FAL, PCCB, full leather) then you pay whatever amount you’re comfortable spending. If these go the way of the RS, soon you’ll be paying much more. Can’t predict the future, but also can’t always repeat the past.

Switchcars just sold the cobalt blue car for $175k and that one had 53k miles. Someone saw value in the color and history. Didn’t matter that the last 50k mile GT3 sold for over 20k less.

This one is pretty loaded with low miles (not collectorish) and likely a dream spec for many. 185k feels right and with the right buyers in the room and considering the weekday finish, it could certainly pop higher.

Agree. With so many people saying 185… I feel like someone is getting together about $205k as we speak to WIN THE CAR

I checked the 992 ST thread, for some of the May deliveries cars available with 300k ADM....Makes a 200k 997.2 GT3 look like a bargain if really wanting an analogue drivers car.

I was thinking something similar looking at 991.2 Touring auction results. $225k plus fees and my head was thinking "Those cars just aren't worth very much". People stepping up to the plate for high MSRP and insane ADM really make a $100k sports car actually cheap, and $200k seem like a bargain. I just wish the prices of real estate and every day essentials weren't up nearly the same percentage as we're seeing with the cars :/
