Dealer very nice? I wouldn't praise them at all. Scumbags in my book.
Here's an example of why I would not believe one word they say.
Vanquish states that it was a guardrail slow speed accident. They don't mention that the rear bumper has been repainted which is evident my how shiny that rear bumper is and then since someone didn't have the correct hardware, they just use what they had in the shop as opposed to ordering the correct parts for the taillights.
What the correct hardware should look like:
HOW THE CONVERSATION WITH THE POSTER/SALESMAN WENT.
Good observations on the rear hardware. No mention of rear damage in my phone conversation. And FWIW, the person I talked to on the phone wasn’t the internet sales manager (Cam). I’m not trying to support or defend these folks, but rather just mentioning the sales manager immediately called me back, quickly provided VIN + carfax + DME, and claims to have had 3 997s himself over the years.
For buyers, would recommend getting under shots to check for salt with the car spending most of its life in Canada.

nice info. Those tactics have me walking from https://www.vanquishmotors.com/ if I was a buyer. Took everything for Cam to disclose that the car was in an accident with a deployed airbag. Still hasn’t mentioned the rear bumper and there is no way that thing hasn’t been painted.
Cam also deleted the ad on FB Marketplace after his last reply. A real trustworthy guy.

Was there an option to have a leather steering wheel when these cars were new? I’ve always only seen alcantara. So the steering wheel on this car has been swapped out?

Yes, option code 460. My car has it. There was also XPA which is the thicker steering wheel in leather. No option for leather shift **** though. However, there were different options for shift ***** such as the carbon/alcantara one which came with option code EZA, interior package carbon, or the standard alcantara one.
Wow that’s crazy. PTS colors bring the money. Must be the Patrick Long signature….which honestly is super cool to me and I’d probably geek out over that lol
Whoa, that is strong money considering the miles and it's a Canadian car.
Yeah, still not sure why Canadian examples bring less money, but I'm baffled by the miles. Lower mile cars haven't brought that much. I don't think I've seen one break the $300k mark on BaT. Again, aqua brings the $$$.
