Funny enough that black 997.2 is only a couple miles from my relatives house; I've never heard of the dealer before but if the car is still around next month I'll do some DD on it.

Same here. Not sure what it was this time, whether it was just poor timing, or wrong color. The Meteor Gray one sold on there for $96k a month back with 20k miles. This one couldn't even get to $80k.

When I was looking mid summer, asking prices for GT3's were upper $80s and low $90s for most cars, with some in the upper $90s. Most cars on Autotrader still seem to have asking prices (yes, I know they are only asking prices) of $90-100k with the couple of cars in the mid $80k range. I genuinely am curious to see what they will be worth in 5 years from now, but luckily I have no desire to sell mine unlike most other cars I have had in the past. This one is something special for me since nothing has come close in driving feel.
