This car belonged to Jesse James. Car was not in super great shape a couple years ago and had one of the ugliest set of wheels I have seen on a Porsche. Was bought by HBI Auto who sent it to Sharkwerks for this conversion after it had been in their inventory for awhile. IDK why they thought if they were struggling to sell a car they would then spend $110k on modifications. Now is with this large BaT vendor.

Oof those wheels are, um, not what I would put on one.
Car was listed at $401k in Jan 2023 per google cache: LINK, 3rd row down on the right.
The canards would look so much better if they were painted White Gold to match the accents on the car. They are GT Silver at the moment which is what they are finished in when you get them from Suncoast.
Im curious what this 4.1 RS sells at. There was that green one on Collecting Cars or whatever auction site it was, sold one, with I believe similar miles, for around $230k USD?
I guess if you're looking for a 4.1, don't want to wait for the build to complete, and/or come up with the cash to build a 4.1 and can finance the car, this is it.

collecting cars one would be euro only I'd assume? 997 3rs are definately cheaper in europe right now I think. I like this car, and could "fix" the little things, like the canards color, but no idea what the BaT tax is going to be...

I also recall the car when Jesse James owned it. It looked like it was rode hard and put away wet. I wonder if the engine broke while they had it for sale and the only way out was to send it to Sharkwerks. And why would they spend all this money and not get the steering wheel Alcantara refinished?
F*CK PCARMARKET! I won that auction (carolinaguy99 is me on there) or had the high bid and without even me knowing they took a higher offer 30 minutes after the auction ended!!! Didn't even stand a chance. Even the seller is furious.
Someone from the PCARMARKET community was kind enough to send this rennlist thread to us which included a comment made by a bidder on PCARMARKET. You can read the comment above. It speaks for itself. Unfortunately, the comment is completely fabricated. Thankfully the phone call was recorded. This clearly exposes why many comments must not be taken as the factual truth. Here you will find a video comment from the PCARMARKET CEO as well the recorded phone call between Jim the bidder.
Don't know who you got to record fake phone calls, but that's not me you spoke to. Cute to try and cover it up though! This add's just another level of nonsense that your site has been constantly accused of. Perhaps this was just more collusion with the eventual buyer who ironically lives 10 minutes from me?
Calls from our NY office are documented and recorded with the phone numbers, times and dates. We ask that you stop disparaging our company with these false accusations. We can prove everything that we are stating here which is why we put it out for the rennlist community to see and decide for themselves. Just to be clear that we are dealing in fact, the call recording is a call between Jim from PCARMARKET and the high bidder with username carolinaguy99 from the phone number assosciated with his account on file.
