Well, I picked up my 2013 997 today and drove it home.
it's not perfect but she's mine.
I've dreamt of this day many times over the last ~45 years. 2013 997.2 C4

Congratulations. Can't beat driving home a 45 year old dream. Looks perfect in the pictures but you must have found a few little scratches or whatever that bother you. Easy and inexpensively fixes most of the time. If they weren't and if they bothered you enough I'm thinking you wouldn't have bought the car in the first place. Isn't it a 991 though? Looks like it and never heard of a 2013 997.

Yeah, TeamHog, they only mention that your car is a 991 because there is a dedicated board for your car. You might want to check them out.
It's beautiful, though, and congratulations on your new 911. My 911 is my first Porsche and I considered it a real milestone when I brought it home. I remember that one of my neighbors congratulated me. I've owned some neat cars over the years but can't remember anyone ever congratulating me!
Hindsight2010,
did you get baseline lap times anywhere to compare "handling improvements" after adding all that under car bling?
I sure did - just one track day though. Prior to this I built a Factory Five Racing 818 that I tracked all the time. It was a fast car, and capable. 2,000lb curb weight, mid engine, rear wheel drive and a very low CG. I probably did 20+ HPDE days in it, most of them at Road Atlanta. Yet, in the first session of the first track day I took my stock C2S, I bested my best lap time in the 818. I couldn't believe it. The 997 is just so well balanced, the brakes are unreal - I still have seconds I could shave off by going deeper into the braking zones than I was... particularly the end of the back straight where you are going 150mph downhill and have to stab it to take a hair-pin 90 degree corner. Each time I dove deeper into the braking zone and hit the brakes harder, I couldn't believe how instantaneous the speed came off. And the gear ratios on the 6 speed just keep you in the peak power-band all the time.
Here is a video of my best lap. I have a lot of seconds I can shave off of a few corners...

Fantastic Video, nice pedalling.
From your recent posts, all your car mods looked to be well researched and executed. Your road & track setup observations and improvements will be eagerly awaited and absorbed by us mere "road toads". Inspirational!
I cant wait to see your next track video "Post Mods", rounding unsuspecting Corvettes, BMWs and Mustangs!

Thanks! I will be sure to post more thoughts once I get it back out to the track.
Once we learn "The Knowledge" we can never look at a Porsche photo without checking the if the caps have been orientated, as they have most expertly been done here on KennyT993's car.
