What did you do to your 997 today?

Three Wheelin'
I did brake pads front and rear yesterday. My first time taking the centerlocks off the car. It was uneventful. It's about 20% more headache than it would be for 5 lugs. I can live with that. Took the car for a drive into the lab today after bedding in the new pads this morning

How come? I only know the OEM and non-tuneable Wevo mounts but the first 10 seconds of driving with the semisolids convinced me that they should come like that from the factory.

Will give it a few more days, but in terms of performance change, I will say the car feels more responsive, and cornering is hugely changed for the better. The tail no longer gets the secondary lurch feeling as it did with the OEM mounts. It is my Daily Driver, so comfort and noise will play a factor.

The best way I can describe how the car feels after installing the Rennline mounts is that the "Porscheness" has been enhanced. Everything feels tighter and more precise.

Good to hear! I'm going to order the mounts and the aluminum floorboard/ pedal set today. Oh and the aluminum shift ball ****.....looks like it will add to the feel. What inserts are stiffer/softer? Just trying to get an idea of what your using.
My mounts are original OEM and have got to be so tired out. Just looking at them you can see they are sagged out to the max.
