Do you have .1? If so, how difficult is the accelerometer installation for the DSC? I have been contemplating on this mods.

It took about an hour. It's quite fiddly as the wiring looms are wrapped tightly together. The hardest part is getting used to the idea of cutting wires - so I didn't, I bought two packs of these instead:

Cutting wires is also my biggest concern with this mods but thanks for the insight.

This way, the wires are never cut,and I can remove the accelerometer and run some tape over the holes if I return it to stock.
You also have to be careful which wires to tap in to - there is a red/grey and grey/red in the same harness...
Decided to switch to Driven DI40 so did the initial flush with DT40, rotated tires, and replaced the clutch switch which has given me a few "depress clutch" errors/non starts in the past few months. 12k miles on my 09 and the switch was still original, so more of a preventative repair.
Took my daughter to her first day of kindergarten this morning in my 997.2 Was funny to see that I had the only sports car in a parking lot / sea of SUV's and minivans.

I guess that's pretty typical at schools. My kids don't like me to drive my 997 when I drop them off or pick them up from high school because "it's too flashy" amongst all the other kids' parents' minivans and SUVs! I don't understand. When I was in HS, I would have loved it! But of course, my parents drove Toyota Corollas back then...
Installed a new 991.2 steering wheel into my 2009 C4S, super easy and made a ridiculous impact on the interior. Also...as you'll see in the pic with the new steering wheel, my TPMS light is on...I had all four TPMS sensors replaced with ones i bought on TPMSdirect.com, had them installed with new tires last week, TPMS system still not working...bought used TPMS control module from a fellow rennlister in the classifieds, installed the new module today right after putting in the steering wheel, went for a 2 mile drive and BAM!!!! TPMS is NOW WORKING...amazing day for sure. Notice on the second picture all TPMS readings are there AND there are ZERO DASH LIGHTS!!!!!!! what a great day to own a porsche! (the pasm dash light is on because i had the battery disconnected while installing the new steering wheel/airbag combo) Note the dash lights for the TPMS sensors, i installed the steering wheel about an hour ago... Then i installed the TPMS Control module about 30 minutes ago and went for a drive...booyah. TPMS works and dash lights are GONE!

Looks fantastic! Where did you get the wheel, and if you don't mind how much was it? Rare to see a 991 wheel that doesn't have all of the multifunction geegaws - much cleaner.
I bought the wheel off eBay from a seller called 911ava and found this combo, it was the steering wheel, the correct internal wiring harness, and the new airbag for 1600. It was soooo worth it for me. i could not stand the stock steering wheel. They look so old and dated. The difference this new one makes is staggering. I do also have a 991.2 wheel with the multifunction buttons too though haha! I might end up putting that one on and adding a porsche gps tech box to add multi functionality use with my PCM.
Edit: I will say too, the installation of the wheel takes about 5 minutes. Not kidding. You pop the airbag off, unclip the harness, unscrew the 55 Torx bolt, swap wheels, plug in the harnesses and torque the 55torx bolt back in. Job done. Sooooo easy.
