Preventative from all the BS you hear on here about injectors being a root cause to scoring. I honestly don’t believe it but in my life I have come to trust “experts” and there’s enough people on here that I trust know a lot more about these motors specifically that I over ruled my own judgement. The car had a scored cylinder and the motor was replaced by Porsche along with injector #6 (cylinder that was scored). I personally talked to the tech and he was like I have no idea why this scored, the only thing we can do preventative wise is replace that injector too. So they replaced it when the long block was replaced (covered by fidelity ($27k job lol)Figured I might as well replace all of them- I even replaced the one Porsche replaced lol.

Good for you. As much as I'm a dog guy, I'm a pet person. Hope he/she finds a great home if it isn't with you.

I picked him up after I saw him get tossed by a car trying to cross the street on to a highway. I thought he was dead. After finding him and seeing he was fine, I put him on the passenger floor mat for the short drive home to get him checked out. Well he decided to go check out the rest of the car in that short time. He’s all good and back to his home where he wandered from his mom!

That’s great to hear. Thanks for being such a great Good Samaritan.
Installed a DSC controller. I had heard all the good reviews but was skeptical. Picked up a used one and accelerometer from the classifieds. WOW it really does transform the car, Sport mode is usable now and normal mode is more compliant. The best upgrade I have done so far. Now to fix the annoying clunking from the rear suspension......
Replaced front rotors, pads, sensors, and dampers. Then, did a brake flush. The DIY videos posted in Rennlist were super helpful! Surprisingly, the hardest parts of this job were reinstalling caliper screws and removing one of the weights on one of the old dampers, that got stuck inside the brake piston. Brake fluid flush was a breeze. Quickjack made things easier.
I got myself an aftermarket Carplay, works really well and has all the Apps like Google Maps, Waze, Spotify... Not sure if i can post a link but here's the unit I've used Apple Carplay Porsche
