HRE always nails down fitments no matter what the car. Needless to say we're extremely proud of being their largest dealer.
Great look Sully. Could you get her lined up next to the others?

Finally got back home yesterday & of course today I went & got my Turbo front end installed! It had sat at my buddys body shop for about 3 months.
I stayed & helped out, well sort of, just cleaning out the rads & walking around going oooo, aaaa
LEDs also function as DRL's & had those tinted, more stealth!
Sorry for the phone pics, I'll get her cleaned up & post in the black thread

Also made a "custom" key fob...found an OEM Pewter logo and casing, then transferred. My old key was all scratched up. Total cost? $25 and 15 mins!!

What a great Thursday. Got out with 7 other P-Car guys in the North Georgia mountains for a 5 hour spirited drive. With the new Michelin's the GTS got pushed hard. Had a '73 RSR behind me most of the day. He bought the car about 6 months ago and imported it over from Italy. Absolutely beautiful ride. He hung pretty good until we hit some serious switchbacks with hard breaking into corners and full throttle out of them. We actually had to wait to get around a bicycle at one point, just past 11:00 minutes in the video and around the 12:00 minute mark the RSR got dusted off pretty good by yours truly.

My wife wrecked her car last month and the 997 is a daily driver for another few days. After that, front turbo bumper goes on!
One question, what did you use as switched power source for the daytime running lights?

That was some great video! Love the mixture of old and new Porsches especially the RUF 930 and oh yes... I will own a long hood RSR some day
