06 c2. mostly stock with a fabspeed exhaust.
I spent 3 days starting with wash, clay bar, 2 passes of cut, 2 passes of polish, and a nice coat of carnuba. I need to get the car outside for some good shots (not with my mobile phone)

Looking sharp! Polished chrome on the black car was a great choice

I took my team and my colleagues team for a drive in the Porsche today during lunch.
Two of the women in my colleagues team had mentioned to him the other day that they had never been in a Porsche. He asked me for support. So, it was an easy decision to take those 8 people that was in the office for a drive. Nobody had been in a Porsche before.
Main reaction was that "while driving normally it's actually quite comfortable". People expected it to be more extreme I think. But then when I pushed PASM and floored it three persons said exactly the same - "Wow - it feels like when you take off in a jet plane". "Glued to the ground" was also mentioned. I didn't do anything crazy while driving though. It was a fun thing to do.
This was maybe one of the last drives of the year. New Oil filter, washer, plug and filter housing was bought today at Porsche Center . Will stop by the oil shop for some Mobil 1 New life in the weekend. Have already started thinking about winter projects.

^ Very cool. I had to pick up an out of town visitor this morning. Turns out she's a Corvette enthusiast. Whew! Saved me from science chat. Also, didn't need to explain to her why I took the hour long, 50 miles route to her hotel, rather than the direct, 5 mile, 15 min route.
Last weekend, the Unicorn was a tad grumpy. Upon firing it up, three warning lights - low on gas, low tire pressure and low wiper fluid. Fortunately, that's three things I can actually fix. Had to refresh my memory on resetting the TPMS after adding a few psi. Here is the link, in case it's useful to anyone.

Took her out to a car show to benefit the rally cross build efforts at a local high school

Finally got my new HRE wheels & H&R springs installed. H&R sent the wrong set of springs first time which led to a full week delay. My anxiousness is finally over. Love the look and the slight drop is perfect.

Looks really good Sully. Just the right amount of drop and the wheels look nice and flush.
