Finally installed the clear lens front markers. Wasn't sure I would like them but after seeing them against the aqua blue I do like them ! Finished all the 40k tasks. By far PDK flush was the most work.
How did the PDK flush go? I was under the impression you needed special software/tools for it.
AMP track day sponsored by our local dealer (Harper Porsche). Super nice event and learned a ton. Great cars and great fun. Then home to clean off the surprising amount of rubber glued to various parts of the car - easy to spot it on white. Left quite a bit of my brand new 200 miles young PSS tires on the track too!
replaced drivers door handle mechanism. these should not break but they do. first it happened to me with 20 or more cars iv had. easy and inexpensive, but nevetheless should not be happening to a $100k car. its fixed now and she is again whole...
New Cargraphic carbon wide fenders received. They add 1.0" clearance to each side up front.
When you pick them up, it is crazy to feel how light they are. The side with the gas filler is about 4.8 pounds, where the drivers side is even lighter, at just 4.1 pounds.
The carbon/kevlar weave on the backside looks very nice, and the overall workmanship is beautiful.
