Took off after church for a little run to Walmart. Drove past the closest one for a run up East River and this view! Wild Wonderful West Virginia. Country Roads take me home....the long way!

Default Spring Thing

My wife and I attended the Smoky Mtn Spring Thing event this weekend. Just a wonderful event. Concour yesterday, nice banquet dinner and awards last evening. Today was autocross. Both my wife and I took first in our Division - it was an absolute surprise ... Trust me we are not that good but we sure tried hard and drove hard - and had a super time. This was the first time for me at autocross but not the last

Saw that event on the calendar and I thought it looked like a lot of fun.

Great looking car. Great looking scenery. Is that near Bluefield?

Cool. Many years back, I stopped to watch a minor league baseball game in Bluefield. I was passing though on a road trip from Charleston, WV to Charlotte, NC. Pretty scenery as I recall...T

Spark plug change. 10 years and 34k miles later. That upper coil screw on the back passenger side was almost a bridge too far.

Is it just me or does this plug look bad?

Just curious, why turn off the DRLs?

Default Fluid changes

Changed the engine oil and the transmission fluid using MobiLube PTX 75W 90. Thanks to USMC_DS1's DIY. Surprised to see "Made in Japan" on the transmission case. Then washed it and rinsed with deionized water. Ready to go.

Too much nanny state to me. If I want lights on I want to be able to turn them on myself. Otherwise I would rather be incognito as much as possible.
