Me and the wife, son and future daughter-in-law took the two Porsches to our local PCA clubs Cars & Coffee event. Living where I do it was a 2 hour drive and we spent some time on the Blue Ridge Parkway too.

Due east and it was beautiful

Some great cars. Loved the 87 Carrera and a 69 Targa S.

Detour on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Good place for a pic

Lots of good overlook pics.

Lots of great pics. I did the BRP many years ago in my Ford Escort. Would love to do it one of these days in something more fun...T

Congrats! It's an awesome feeling when you get your first 911.

Hips almost look too wide to fit through the garage door. i know it's just the angle, however.

Enjoy!

Congrats on the Ferrari! What a gorgeous work of art.

I'm sure it is well deserved. Wish you many miles of enjoyment!

Thank you. The wife and I took it on its inaugural cruise today. 100+ miles. 1000+ smiles. Tomorrow - the 997.2S gets it exercise. I could not be luckier.

BTW, that's a great looking car in your avatar...T

AMMO (Larry) makes some great products and great videos. I hope you’re using Hydrate as I believe it to be “best in show.”

That sir is a beautiful car. Congratulations and enjoy it. If you get bored though a video of driving, accelerating and exhaust notes would be appreciated

Thank you. I have to think how to do that. Funny you should say that. My wife was asking me where there are tunnels in Dallas so we could really enjoy the exhaust note.
Only one I can think of is near the Addison airport. Hmm...T

Default vacuum

I vacuumed everything; seats, carpets, frunk, door seals and front radiators with a wet/dry vac. Surprising how much stuff comes out of the radiators. Also, a lot of leaves get caught in the pockets directly forward of the front wheels.
