Nice! Where did you get the 6 pots?

Replying to 9INE97 -- I got them at my local dealer. The price for brand-new was worth it to me, relative to the high asking prices for used 6-pots off a GT3 that in many cases are overdue for rebuilding after X-thousands of heat cycles since the mid-2000's.

Here's the parts list (other than the Girodiscs):
Part Number Part Name Price Quantity Total
9A7-007-585-00 Caliper Mount Bolt $2.99 4 $11.96
996-355-581-9B Brake Line $15.17 1 $15.17
996-355-584-9B Brake Line $15.17 1 $15.17
997-351-947-01 Brake Pads $210.50 1 $210.50
996-351-431-90 Disc Brake Caliper $898.43 1 $898.43
996-351-432-90 Disc Brake Caliper $898.43 1 $898.43

Did you also upgrade the master cylinder as I’ve read reports of people having poor pedal feel after upgrading.
No, I have not upgrade the MC, although I have heard of people doing this as well. I'm going to live with it for a while and see if it's necessary. TBD.

EMC2 splitters went on today. Very subtle and protects the leading edge of the bumper cover from being sand blasted.

Thanks. That is good pricing for the calipers.

Replaced old silver lug nuts that had been bothering me since i painted my wheels with new black ones. Very happy with the look.

Today I completed my first mod. I used rain gutter mesh to create radiator grills. Wire mesh cost me less than $4.00. I originally was looking at more expensive options, but I will see how well this works before spending hundred to accomplish the same function (although the more expensive grill options probably look better up close).

Mesh installed and secured with zip ties.

Metal rain gutter mesh from a hardware store that I cut to fit the openings.

Had a local shop install the Bilstein B12 kit eith all new upper strut mounts (front/rear), front strut mount flange, and wheel hub nuts. Feels 100% better than my old suspension with 65K on it. Not overly stiff at all.
Bilstein B12 suspension (Eibach springs and B8 shocks)

Installed some Carrera S tips I got from someone on here and took it out for some photos. Note the Carrera S tips on a base car need shims to fit the larger ID of the quad tips. Those shims fortunately come with Fabspeed bypass pipes which I have already.

Default Installed RSS UDP on 997.1

I just installed the RSS UDP on my 997.1, Installation was pretty straight forward. Grinding down the boss with a dremel to get the needed clearance for the pulley took the most time and it was necessary to remove about 1/2" of metal to get there, i started doing this part with a flat file and quickly gave up on that idea. RSS recommends having about 2 MM clearance between the pulley and the engine boss.
I've not dyno-ed it to see if there's an actual gain in HP, but it feels more lively for sure (maybe just a mental thing given the priceyness of the unit "https://flat6motorsports.com/collections/997-engine/products/rss-performance-harmonically-damped-underdrive-pulley-kit-997"). overall it was an easy install and I'm happy with the results.
